REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2024 TWIST SEASON IS OPEN!
All players/parents/guardians are required to read the following information prior to registering.
Registration will remain open until all teams are filled OR until the scheduled close date of August 20, 2024 at 11:59pm—whichever comes first. Players are encouraged to register and pay ASAP to guarantee a spot on a team.
Roster spots will be filled as first-paid, first-served. After all available roster spots are filled, girls will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens up or another team can be filled. Players are encouraged to register and pay ASAP to guarantee a spot on a team. Registration will close on August 20th, or when all teams are filled. Refunds are not given once a player is rostered on a team.
Additional teams will not be added to any age division until there is a volunteer that agrees to fulfill the role of Team Manager. If you are willing to volunteer and your child is registered for the waitlist please, then email
[email protected]. Additional 10U, 12U, or 15U teams will not be added unless there is a volunteer willing to coach, as well as enough players, including pitchers and catchers. If you are interested in volunteering as a coach, please sign-up through this registration portal and send your email to

TWIST AGE DIVISIONS: Registration is based on USA Softball age groups. If a fall player will be requesting to “play up” into a higher age group, she must first register under the age-appropriate division. To initiate a formal request to “play up,” the parent/guardian must indicate "yes" during registration and include the requested age division. Requests will be reviewed after registration has closed. Requests will be granted if there is roster availability in the higher age division and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests to play up may be denied at the discretion of the Executive Board should they see any safety concerns.
ROSTER AGE RULES PER CVC: Fall fastpitch teams do not roster based on out-of-district rules. The CVC does not dictate out-of-district roster rules for the fall season. As such, once roster spots are filled, players will be added to a waitlist.
WAITLIST POLICY: If your child has been added to the waitlist for any age division, then please review the important details below.
- Once added to the waitlist, your child is not guaranteed a roster spot.
- During the fall season, players are added to the roster based on roster availability. School districts are not considered when transferring players from waitlist to team roster.
- Should a roster spot become available for your child, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to complete the registration.
- You will have 48 hours from the time the email is sent to accept the offered roster spot and pay the full registration fee.
- If you do not accept the offered roster spot and pay the registration fee within 48 hours, then you will forfeit your spot, and your registration will be canceled. The roster spot will then be offered to the next child on the list, and you will have to re-register your child in order to be added to the waitlist.
- Once added to the waitlist, please check your email regularly. The 48 hours starts from the time the email is sent.
***If you have multiple children on the waitlist, know that there is a good chance one child may be offered a space, while the other(s) may not.***
